I was contracted to do a book entitled Internet Explorer 5 Programmer's How-To (subsequently renamed by me Internet Explorer Site Builders How To) The first draft was supplied in a timely manner, but IE 5 did not materialize in the time frame envisioned by Waite so the contract was ultimately cancelled.

11/99 - 2003 - Previously bid chairman and now Vice Chair of an 1800 to 2500 person science fiction convention. Westercon 56 will take place July 3-6, 2003, in SeaTac, Washington. Westercon 56 is a Seattle Westercon Organizing Committee (SWOC) converntion. SWOC is a 501C3 organization with an educational focus.

1998 - 2001 - webmaster for KEGS
and a year on the board of directors - Komputer Enthusiasts of Greater Seattle is a 501C3 organization involved in setting up a computer lab for a senior citizen center, providing computers via Easter Seals and other areas of education for the computer community. http://www.kegs.org
